Apartments
All apartments will have large windows that can be shaded with electrically controlled blinds. The high standard also includes Boen three-layer wooden floors, Villeroy & Boch sanitary ware, Hansgrohe faucets in matte black, large-format wall and floor tiles, fire safety entrance doors, interior doors with concealed hinges and magnetic locks, hot water underfloor heating, recuperation, and a preparation for air-conditioning - the apartments on the highest floor will be fitted with an air-conditioning sysem.

Location
The project is being built in a quiet and green part of Prague 4 near Jezerka Park and Tyršův Hill. The nearest public transport stop is a 5-minute walk away. The new D line metro will improve traffic service in the near future, and you can quickly connect to the main road by car. There are many schools in the vicinity from kindergartens to high schools, restaurants serving Czech and international cuisine, and indoor and outdoor sports fields.
