The ensemble of 29 building plots is situated in the Zlatý Kopeček area on the southwestern edge of Karlovy Vary, directly adjoining an established residential development. A quiet zone with greenery, a water feature, and footpaths is planned for the central part, which will naturally connect to the neighboring municipal land planned as an allotment garden colony. Completion of utility networks is scheduled no later than May 2026.
Plots
Lots ranging from approximately 900 m² to 1,300 m² are fully serviced and ready for the construction of a new residential neighborhood. Wastewater will be managed via a pressure sewerage system, to which future owners will connect through their own domestic pumping station. According to the city’s zoning plan, the current buildability of the plots is 20%, but an increase to 40% is expected to be approved no later than Q1 2026. Future construction is not tied to any specific supplier or architectural style; however, two conceptual family house designs are available for inspiration and to help maintain a cohesive character within the locality.
Location
A peaceful setting with close proximity to nature and the center of Karlovy Vary, combined with an abundance of leisure options, makes this an ideal place for family living. Dvory offers everything necessary for everyday life, including schools, shops, a shopping center, medical services, sports facilities, public institutions, and excellent transport accessibility by car, train, or bus from the city center. For relaxation, residents can head to the nearby golf course, the riverside bike path along the Ohře River, the Moser Glass Museum, or the Rolava swimming area with its beach and in-line track.
