The Koala Café children's center in Prague's area of Hostivař promises entertainment and adventure for its young visitors in all kinds of weather.
At the Koala Café children's center, children can meet, play together, communicate, and develop their social and physical skills. This is made possible primarily thanks to the main element of the playroom, which is a certified big toy construction which supports the physical development of children and allows for interactive play. The big toy is divided into two parts based on levels of difficulty, the smaller part is designated for children between 3 to 6 years, and the bigger part is for children over 5 years of age. The big toy consists of slides, tubes, nets, and hurdles in the shapes of balls, cubes, or cylinders. Children can move throughout the big toy by themselves, only needing light supervision by their parents who can enjoy a freshly-roasted coffee in the cafe immediately adjoining the playroom. Other activities available at Koala Café are darts and foosball. On Wednesdays there are children's theater performances in the center which are offered without any special admission as they are included in the regular entrance fee. It is also good to know that children and adults alike have to wear socks in the center, which can conveniently be purchased at the reception if you find yourself without any, keeping the levels of both hygiene and comfort high.
