The program of the Malé Vinohradské Divadlo (Little Vinohrady Theater), in Prague's Vinohrady neighborhood, aims to please spectators of all ages.
As part of the Little Vinohrady Theater's program you will find both evening performances for adults and improvisations, as well as morning and afternoon performances for pre-school children, school-aged children, and high school students. The youngest theater-goers can look forward to the All About Doggie and Pussycat play suitable for children from 2 years of age, or choose from Ferda the Ant, Ladybug's Detective Agency, or Fimfárum by Jan Werich which is staged for older children from 9 to 13 years of age. The theater repertoire comprises classical dramas, as well as dramatizations of literary works and new original works. The Little Vinohrady Theater troupe cooperates primarily with young directors, one of whom is the successful playwright and director David Drábek.
