Svoboda & Williams invites anyone interested in living in one of the most sought-after neighborhoods in Prague to view this freshly completed model apartment in the Block Karlín Living rental project. Its fully furnished units will be move-in ready soon.

The model one-bedroom apartment in Block Karlín Living, designed by the established under-construction architectural studio, reveals just how original contemporary rental housing can be. “Clients that have viewed the apartments here love them and so the building is filling up fast,” says David Šimeček, who heads Svoboda & Williams’ residential rentals team.
The residential project offers mostly smaller studio and one-bedroom apartments. Several units with terraces and one-bedroom to three-bedroom layouts are on the highest floor. The compact interiors offer everything you need to lead a comfortable life: furniture, lighting, and curtains, all premium in quality, plenty of storage space, underfloor heating, air-conditioning, and quality electrical appliances. “Each apartment has its own color scheme, making it easy to find the one that best suits your taste,” adds Eva Jílková, senior property consultant at Svoboda & Williams.
Block Karlín Living’s level of comfort is enhanced by sophisticated services and technologies. “For instance, apartments can be unlocked via a mobile app in addition to the usual codes and chips,” states Jílková. Other benefits include plenty of parking spaces in the building and the possibility to rent a storage closet on the same floor as your rented apartment. “Four such rooms are available to tenants on each floor. Demand for them is high so they get booked pretty fast,” Jílková says, adding that a cafe, bike storage, and a common rooftop terrace will all be found in the building.
Tenants can move into their new homes in Block Karlín Living in October 2025.
