The resort's location in Šajdíkovy Humency in Záhorie offers proximity to numerous hiking and bike trails, swimming pools, and forests. Thanks to its convenient location, the house is approximately an hour's drive from Bratislava, but it's also possible to quickly reach the Czech Republic and Austria. The resort features two championship courses—the Legend Course and Heritage Course—with the Legend Course being known for its iconic green on the island. In addition to golf, there is a clubhouse, sports and training areas, a lake with a private beach, bike trails, and fishing opportunities. The resort is complemented by the popular Al Trivio Golf Restaurant.
