This new boutique residential project is emerging at the foot of Mount Nekras, near the Královka lookout tower, just a few minutes’ walk from the ski slopes. Each unit includes one outdoor parking space. Shared facilities include a ski storage room with electric boot dryers.

Units
Unit sizes range from approximately 50 m2 to 75 m2, with layouts varying from a duplex studio to 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and 3-bedroom. Standard features include wooden plank floors, wooden Euro windows with triple glazing, wooden interior doors, Grohe sanitary ware, Polysan shower enclosures, a heat recovery unit, a heat pump for hot water, and electric storage radiators. The units will be secured with magnetic sensors wired to all windows and entrance doors.
Location
The project is situated in an easily accessible area along a well-maintained road, ensuring year-round access. A ski resort is within walking distance, while a cross-country skiing area is just 1 km away. Outside the winter season, the surrounding nature offers numerous hiking and bike trails, as well as opportunities for outdoor swimming. Directly from the house, you can set out for the Královka lookout tower, which features a restaurant and a large children's playground.
