Based on an exclusive agreement with VENUS INVESTMENT GROUP, the Svoboda & Williams real estate agency is launching the sale of 61 studio to three-bedroom apartments in the modern BERLITA residential project, which is being built in the very heart of Beroun.
The BERLITA residential project will consist of apartments in a timeless modern design. Their large-format windows not only ensure that interiors are bright and airy, but also let in plenty of natural light and offer beautiful views of the surrounding area. That each unit had to be bright was one of the developer’s main requirements when the project was being designed. Families with children will appreciate the amount of storage space and compact layouts provided by the apartments.
Construction of the BERLITA apartment house began in October. Final approval will take place in summer 2022.
